Instead of throwing returnable bottles into the rubbish, the employees of Eurogate Technical Services in Wilhelmshaven collected their tins and bottles for a year in aid of the Wilhelmshaven-Friesland-Harlingerland parents’ association for children with cancer. The spontaneous campaign paid off: the collection itself raised almost EUR 500. The management with Detlev Schumacher (second from left) and Birgit Holtmann (not in the picture) then doubled this amount.
