  Contship Italia S.p.A. (33,4%)

  In 1999, one of EUROGATE’s shareholders, EUROKAI GmbH & Co. KGaA Hamburg, acquired the Italian Contship Italia Group and brought a 33.4% stake into what was then the newly founded EUROGATE company. The remaining 66.6% of the shares are still held by EUROKAI GmbH & Co. KGaA. The four container terminals in Cagliari, La Spezia, Ravenna, Salerno as well as the intermodal transport network

  EUROGATE Tanger S.A. (20%)

  The EUROGATE Tanger S.A. container terminal is the southernmost facility in the EUROGATE network. The container terminal is located in a free trade zone to the east of the city of Tangier, Morocco. EUROGATE is a member of a consortium which obtained the concession to operate the TangerMed I terminal in 2005. Further members of the consortium are Contship Italia, MSC, COMANAV and CMA CGM. EUROGATE operates the terminal as "chef de file" together with Contship Italia.

  OJSC Ust-Luga Container Terminal (20%)

  The Ust-Luga Container Terminal is the first Russian deep-water container terminal. It is run by the Russian container terminal operator, Global Ports. EUROGATE has a minority shareholding of 20% within the scope of a strategic partnership.

  Tanger Alliance Terminal (20%)

  The Tangier Alliance Terminal TC3 in TangierMedII represents the second terminal location in Tangier, Morocco. Together with Contship Italia, 40% of the shares are held. Other members of the consortium are Marsa Maroc and Hapag-Lloyd.
