EUROGATE Tanger is a deep-water terminal and easily handles the world’s biggest container vessels with draughts of up to 16.5 m. EUROGATE Tanger offers the productivity of Europe's Number One shipping line-independent container terminal operator. Our staff have been trained abroad, at the EUROGATE and Contship Italia terminals in Germany and Italy. We only use state-of-the-art technology. Operations are 24/7, based on 6-hour shifts.
A feeder network connects the North African port with other destinations in the Mediterranean. Furthermore, the port is linked to the Moroccan hinterland by modern road and railway connections. For example, there is a point-to-point “block train” connection into the heart of the Moroccan economy, Casablanca. The container terminal also has a direct link to the well-developed national highway that runs across the country.
